Our goal is to identify, test, develop and deploy new products to meet these challenges, and as a Project Coordinator I on our team, your support will be critical to ensure team members stay on task and ahead of deadlines, while also handling coordination with vendors, teammates, and suppliers as well as supporting and generating information to stakeholders such as program and company leadership.
Your main responsibilities will be working with the Program Manager to coordinate and track project management activities, resources, equipment and information, help break down projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes, generate, analyze and provide information to stakeholders on status of project execution and build and manage relationships with other company departments to ensure our projects stay on track.
You'll also ensure that changes in requirements and leadership expectations are tracked as projects evolve, help the Program Manager prepare budgets, analyze and track risks and opportunities, monitor project progress and address issues that arise via proper communication and escalation.
Additionally, you will act as a program point of contact and represent JTF Sierra to other areas of the company, work with the Program Manager to remove roadblocks preventing the team from success, learn to use tools to monitor and control performance, plans and expenditures and help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports.

Qualifications You Must Have:
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent, and between 0 - 2 years of experience
+ A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
+ Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
+ Basic MS Office Skills
+ Ability to manage time effectively
+ Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
+ Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
+ Ability to learn new concepts fast, desire to actively seek feedback, and grow as a team member and individual
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
Prior Experience with:
+ Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned
+ Data entry into PM Systems
+ Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
+ Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments
+ Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $64,900.00 - $85,296.00. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
