    Three Saints Bay, LLC,** a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Joint Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (JCREW) Instructor (ST3)** to join our Team in **Crane, IN.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES:

    + Provide instruction on Counter Internal Explosive Device System – [I1B1 System (Dismounted, Mounted, and Fixed)

    + Provide support for Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM) development and update. This requires an RCM Level 1 and 2 certified personnel to support Planned Maintenance System (PMS) development and updates for Navy equipment.

    + Support Small Arms PMS development and update and review for Blue Water Maintenance Reliability Center (MRC) Cards.

    + Support development of the M2A1 Maintenance Index Page (MIP) and MRC Cards.

    + Provide 3M training to the Weapon Systems Division to increase engineer and logistical personnel’s knowledge of the 3M system and how it is implemented in the Navy.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    + Formal Instructor training.

    + 5+ year’s instruction experience.

    + Certified Level 1 and 2 RCM Developer – Preventative Maintenance System (PMS) Navy.
