    Human Resources Generalist

    **Location:** Downers Grove, IL (In Office)

    **Pay:** $20.00 - $22.00/hour

     

    We have a **GREAT OPPORTUNITY** for an **HR Generalist** to help support our location in Downers Grove, IL. This position is responsible for assisting with various tasks such as recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, orientation training, placement, benefits, and provide administrative support to the team.

    Qualifications:

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.

    + Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.

    + Must have the legal right to work in the USA.

    + Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.

    + Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

    + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + 1 year of Recruitment & HR Generalist experience, preferred.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

    + Detail orientated and good organizational skills.

    + Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
