Mon - Friday 1st shift - can be flexible with hours.

Pay DOE - $50K - $70K

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

+ Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for both the role and the company culture.

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.

+ Maintain and expand a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

+ Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

+ Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.

+ Host and participate in career events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote the company brand and engage potential candidates.

Required Experience

+ **Minimum 2-3 years recruiting experience** with at least 1-2 years in pharma/life sciences industry (healthcare or food manufacturing acceptable)

+ **Understanding of GMP/cGMP/sterile/aseptic production** - proven success recruiting roles with gowning requirements

+ **Fast-paced environment recruiting** - preferably startup experience with builder mentality

+ **Manufacturing sites experience** - supporting 24/7 operations, multiple shifts, and high-volume initiatives
