Is the Human Resources Development Program right for you?

Our rotational program is structured to last three years with three 12-18-month assignments at our corporate offices (hybrid) and manufacturing plants (onsite). Master’s program graduates interested in Human Resources within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization will have the opportunity to engage in high-impact, challenging assignments within the Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Generalist functions. Throughout the program you can expect to:

+ Gain hands-on human resources experience working with employees and cross functional business partners

+ Develop strong consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching, mentorship, and partnership

+ Use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions that align with our goals, objectives, and initiatives

+ Advance your conflict management and mediation skills through working in a dynamic business environment

+ Build skills in areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, talent management, etc.

Do you have what it takes?

+ You will complete your Master’s degree Human Resources, or a related program of study no later than June 2026 (January start dates available for December grads)

+ You have a general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes

+ You are able to relocate during and after the program. _Location preferences are taken into consideration in addition to business needs. Location assignments will be available as early as January 2026._

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
