    The National Security Sector within Leidos currently has an opening for an ISR Ops Readiness Specialist at Hurlburt Field, FL. This position will support the 361st Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group (361 ISRG) Operations Directorate (DO) by representing 361 ISRG equities in operational readiness and Lesson Learned (LL) forums/meetings. This role will be based onsite at the 361 ISRG, Hurlburt Field, FL. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start.

     

    As part of the 361st Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group (361 ISRG), you’ll play a key role in enhancing operational readiness, surfacing strategic insights, and shaping tomorrow's ISR capabilities. Your work won’t just support missions—it’ll define them.

    What You'll Do:

    + Capture and analyze key readiness metrics to elevate performance across units.

    + Serve as a vital conduit between Air Force functionals and operational units.

    + Represent 361 ISRG at high-level operational readiness conferences.

    + Extract Lessons Learned from real-world operations and exercises to strengthen force-wide readiness.

    + Drive actionable solutions from LL findings, ensuring continuous improvement.

    + Coordinate with TSOC, AFSOC, and squadron-level operations to push mission capabilities forward.

    + Manage the Titan tasking system to streamline operational execution.

    + Liaise with tactics, training, and plans teams to align exercises with strategic goals.

    + Deliver timely insights to senior leadership on evolving mission requirements.

    + Travel 10-20% of the time.

    What You Bring:

    + Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance on day 1.

    + Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    + Proven SIGINT expertise (SOF experience preferred!)

    + Command of Microsoft Office tools—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    + A sharp eye for operational detail and a knack for coordination.

    Bonus Points For:

    + Prior DSO or TSO operational experience.

    + Tactical know-how in Air Force planning, training, or ops divisions.

    + Fluency in platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, RSpace.

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
