    Production – Rushville IN

     

    Become a valued member of our energetic team in Rushville as a Production Worker for the upcoming corn harvest season! If you possess strong attention to detail and can remain on your feet for long periods, we encourage you to apply and join our dedicated workforce.

    Job Specifications:

    + **Job Type:** Seasonal – runs through approximately October/November

    + **Location:** Rushville, IN 46173

    + 8 to 12 hour shifts approximately 6 am - 6:30 pm

    + 6 days a week which may include Sundays, with at least one day off per week (company tries to give the same day off each week).

    + $19.50 per hour

    + Farming or manufacturing experience preferred

    + Eligible for $500 per month attendance bonus

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Work in various areas and stages of production, including directing/moving corn throughout the facility, dryer/unload area, help in sheller area, production, bagging, loading/unloading, and more

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + Must be able to stand for extended periods.

    + Proficient in English to communicate effectively.

    + Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.

    + Farming or manufacturing experience preferred

    + Have a HSD or GED
