    The University of South Carolina School of Law invites applicants for a tenure-track or with tenure position to begin fall semester 2025. The School of Law is interested in outstanding candidates who are qualified to teach in the area of clinical legal education; particularly, who can teach an immigration, eviction, environmental, or family defense clinic. However, candidates who could teach other clinics will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.     Advertised Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

    Advertised Minimum Qualifications :

    Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree. Additionally, a successful applicant should have a record of excellence in academia or in practice, the potential to be an outstanding teacher, and demonstrable scholarly promise.
