    Full‑Time | Monday- Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

    • What You’ll Do:

     

    Welcome with warmth – Greet every patient, visitor, and caller with empathy and professionalism.

     

    Be the flow-master – Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, verify insurance, and ensure that every patient’s journey is smooth from start to finish.

     

    Own the details – Check in/out patients, collect co-pays, update medical records, and maintain accurate documentation.

     

    Support the care team – Serve as the vital link between patients and providers, helping clinical staff deliver timely and personalized care.

     

    Problem-solve with poise – Address patient questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns with urgency and compassion.

    Qualifications

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

    + Experience: Minimum of three years of clerical experience in medical office setting, required. Other related experience may be considered in lieu of medical office experience.

    + Additional Skills (required): Knowledge of medical office software for the following: updating patient demographic information, posting charges, copays, and scheduling patient appointments. Requires understanding of CPT and ICD10-CM coding processes. Requires excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to work with changing priorities. Requires excellent organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Must be able to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority. Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to function as part of a team. Must possess initiative. Basic medical terminology required, knowledge can be obtained through formal classes or work experience.
