    WSP is seeking a full-time **Reports Coordinator!**

     

    The Reports Coordinator will support client operations. The Reports Coordinator will work from the client site in **Fort Myers, FL.**

    Responsibilities under this position include, but are not limited to:

    + Develops/generates reports which document operational performance using SunGuide ® Software, Central Signal System Applications, Bluetoad, Wavetronix, and other commercial of the shelf or custom software.

    + Continually generates, modifies, and improves reports.

    + Develop crash pattern analysis, collision diagrams and presentations for incident evaluation meetings.

    + Support Arterial Operations with the development and distribution of quarterly signal systems performance reports.

    + Develop and package all reports with guidance from the client. Obtain client approval prior to report distribution.

    + Support partner agencies such as local government and metropolitan planning organizations through data sharing, reports, and system performance reports.

    + Produce standard daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by the scope and any report requested by the Department.

    + Provide reports and data to the internal client office and Central Office, as requested. Obtain approval of client manager prior to submittal.

    + Performs all other tasks assigned by the client.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Knowledge of SunGuide® reporting capabilities and processes, including Crystal reports.

    + Knowledge of TrafficCast BlueTOAD® web software for configuration and reporting.

    + Knowledge of reporting capabilities of signal central system applications

    + Knowledge of transportation system performance measures including but not limited to capacities, reliability, and safety statistics.

    + Ability to summarize large amounts of data for presentation purposes and for executive management review.

    + Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in both oral and written form.

    + Ability to organize and present data with excellent aesthetic appeal.

    + Ability to work with peers, superiors, and subordinates in an office environment.

    + Ability to clear the security requirements necessary to work within the client operations centers.

    + Skills in the use of Windows-based applications.

    + Skills in interpersonal relationships.

    Required Qualifications

    + High School Diploma

    + Bachelors Degree

    + 3+ years of relevant experience
