    Summary:

    Meta is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of GenAI programs by providing leadership, strategic oversight, and operational execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure the efficient execution of GenAI initiatives.     Required Skills:

    GenAI Project Manager, PDO Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and drive planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI project to achieve strategic goals and milestones, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts

    2. Collaborate closely with GenAI research, engineering, and product teams to align project objectives with broader organizational goals

    3. Proactively identify project risks, develop and execute mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly

    4. Guide the work of onshore and offshore vendors to complete data annotation projects

    5. Create annotation project guidelines and align it with product teams

    6. Report project progress internally and externally

    Minimum Qualifications:

    7. 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects

    8. Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working with urgency

    9. Critical thinking and analytical skills

    10. Executive presence and effective communications skills

    11. Track record of embracing ambiguity and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment

    12. Bachelor's degree

    13. Experience in consulting, product strategy, and/or building operations 0 to 1 to 100

    14. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget

    15. Experience with SQL and / or advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

    16. Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields

    Public Compensation:

    $93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
