    FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

     

    Shift: Days

     

    Pay: $86,174 - $129,272 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

     

    This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.

    + 5 years of relevant experience.

    Summary:Provides onsite strategic HR consultative services to clinical and non-clinical departments, aligning human resources practices with the unique operational and patient care goals of an academic health system.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works closely with assigned business units/teams to support needs for engagement, employee recruitment, hiring, compensation, talent/performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.

    • Advises leadership on the development and implementation of workforce best practices that advance the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.

    • Provides coaching on the handling of employee relations matters, including managing performance, managing conflict, and addressing retention issues.

    • Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures.

    • Advises on the latest developments and trends in human resources policy interpretation, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and federal/state/local law.
