Job Description
The Partner Reporting UX & Communications Specialist within PCS (Payments Consumer & Small Business) is responsible for driving user experience decisions and creating/executing communication plans, both aimed at keeping partners informed of their Card portfolios and engaged to sell more cards. Partners require easily digested reports, self-service training, timely updates, etc. Helping the team build these capabilities is the responsibility of the UX & Communications Specialist. This position requires strong communication, critical thinking, empathy, creative problem-solving, curiosity, and a drive toward continuous improvement.
Detailed Responsibilities
+ Contribute to the vision of a secure, client-specific web-based reporting experience, focusing on support, training, and communication features
+ Advocate for a frictionless client experience by shaping platform interfaces that are easy to navigate, visually coherent, and tailored to varying levels of data literacy
+ Help shape the future state of the platform
+ Help manage secure data experience, ensuring confidentiality and integrity across clients
+ Develop and deliver training programs (live, recorded, or self-serve)
+ Lead or support communications related to product updates, training announcements, and client enablement resources
+ Support client onboarding, training, and enablement efforts—both directly and in partnership with Business Development and Customer Success teams
+ Monitor client usage and engagement with data products
+ Identify and advocate for opportunities to improve adoption and satisfaction
+ Help articulate the value of the platform
+ Contribute to internal reporting and metadata improvements to better support client needs
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Five to eight years of related experience in database and information systems environments

+ Effective interpersonal skills (oral and written)
+ Confidence to politely challenge people and processes that may be out of alignment with business need
+ High level of skill telling data stories through Tableau or similar BI tool
+ Experience working with BI tools and data platforms in a client-facing or enablement capacity
+ Strategic thinking with the ability to execute—comfortable working in ambiguity and building from the ground up
+ Ability to communicate analysis
+ Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
+ Ability to interpret business requirements
+ Self-motivated, resourceful, independent, and creative thinker
+ Confidence to ask for help when something is not understood
+ Working knowledge of MS tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
