Job Description

Some **_responsibilities_** include but not limited:

+ Claim receipt, review, response/resolution (including liaising internally to resolve).

+ Check stop & reissue processing.

+ Exception research/resolution.

+ Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; maintaining all appropriate documentation

+ Maintaining and developing ongoing internal inter-department and external customer relationships

+ Making recommendations on how to standardize processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and/or service quality

+ Completing team lead responsibilities (e.g. procedure review and authoring, control review/identification, task list management, training, team member support resource, reporting)

+ Other tasks as assigned, from time to time

**Schedule** : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Location** : Hybrid 3 days in office at West Side Flats, Saint Paul; 2 days remote

_Basic Qualifications_

+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

+ Zero to one year of client management experience

_Preferred Skills/Experience_

+ General awareness of business, financials, products/services and the market

+ Emerging relationship building and selling skills

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Basic knowledge of account management, project management, operations and logistics

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

+ Proven customer service/relations skills, including situational leadership and dispute/conflict resolution

+ Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

_Location Expectations_

_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
