TE Connectivity in Berwyn, PA is looking for aLead Enterprise Systems Analysttoconfigure, implement, enhance, support, and test the applications that support the global SAP Finance and Controlling functions. Develop and enhance a new global SAP S4 Template. Participate in SAP implementation projects, focusing primarily on the Finance and Controlling areas and the integration points with the logistics modules (SD/MM/PP). Prepare and execute master data and transactional data migration activities. Define Finance data standards and governance rules. Provide training as required to business and project teams Identity, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve systems and procedures. This includes determining and documenting business requirements with the customers and designing, documenting, and implementing the proposed solution. Prepare development specifications and work with technical experts to design and test new programs and changes to existing programs. Serve as a project lead on SAP projects as required. Work closely with all levels of staff within the shared service finance and Business Unit (BU) controlling organizations. Work with the external AMS provider to continuously improve the service for TE's SAP ECC platforms as well as the future S4 system. Telecommuting permitted.

**Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.

Special Requirements:

Requires 5 years of experience with the following:

1. Data Quality, mass processing, and consolidation.

2. SAP S/4 HANA MDG 9.0 or higher, Data Services systems, and SAP SD/MM/FI processes.

3. Rolling out, configuring, and supporting SAP MDG applications in an IT capacity.

Requires 3 years of experience with the following:

1. SAP ABAP technical experience.

2. Technologies including Oracle, SQL, XML, Integration concepts, and an object-oriented language such as Java or .NET Framework.

3. Implementing data governance workflows, BRF+, FIORI app design, MDG process modeling, UI modeling, and DRF.

Job Overview

Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise wide systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Baan, PeopleSoft) across functional areas. Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Coordinates system upgrade activity. Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.
