The Analyst/ Sr Analyst, Industrial Engineer is part of the Technical Operations Division. This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing warehouse operations through the application of engineering principles, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies. By partnering with cross-functional teams, the role drives efficiency, improves labor and space utilization, and supports the integration of technology to enhance throughput, safety, and service performance.

+ Analyze warehouse workflows, layouts, and operational processes to identify and implement optimization opportunities that enhance efficiency and reduce waste
+ Develop and execute strategies to improve throughput, labor productivity, and space utilization in alignment with business objectives
+ Apply Engineering principles, techniques, and procedures, such statistical methods or mathematical calculations, to support the design, analysis, and optimization of systems, components, or processes
+ Conduct time studies, capacity assessments, and labor planning to support operational decision-making and resource allocation
+ Design scalable staffing models that align with current operational needs, projected growth, and service level expectations
+ Use qualitative and quantitative observations/ data to develop insights, inform decision-making, and support engineering analysis and problem-solving
+ Collaborate with Operations and Safety teams to develop ergonomic, safe, and efficient workstations and material handling processes
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting key performance indicators, including dock-to-stock time, stock-to-dock cycles, and service level compliance
+ Support the integration of warehouse technologies such as WMS, automation systems, and material handling equipment to enhance performance and accuracy
+ Translate operational data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting tools, and performance visualizations that guide strategic decisions
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
+ 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or related field
+ Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or related field
+ Experience with automation and technology solutions, including robotics and data analytics
+ Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
+ Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Experience with data analytics tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
+ Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma
+ Certification in industrial engineering or related field (e.g. CIE, PE)
