+ Responsible for delivering effective and engaging instructional curricula specifically crafted to produce desired learning outcomes, improve performance, and support corporate safety goals.
+ In addition, this role both solicits and provides feedback regarding the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the various Safety training programs to promote continuous improvement

+ Flexiblity to adjust training program content and delivery according to new policy changes and program updates
+ Assist with developing course objectives and the appropriate sequence in which to address them, develops assessment items that accurately measure learning outcomessurveys and evaluations to identify trends and development opportunities
+ Employs a variety of teaching strategies conducive to motivating learning, including examples, practice, and interactivity
+ Partners with various workgroups to create a learning strategy that supports a diverse learning community
+ Remain current with instructional concepts, design, and industry trends
+ Facilitate and manage curriculum content
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or equivalent work experience
+ 2 years’ experience in training delivery
+ Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
+ Exceptional skills with general and technical content delivery utilizing a variety of teaching strategies conducive to motivating learning
+ Aptitude to effectively utilize both verbal and written communication with all levels in the organization.
+ Ability to travel domestically and internationally to provide training (as needed)
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Extensive knowledge of 40 CFR
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Knowledege and experience in airline safety and operations
+ Proficient with various instructional and communications platforms
+ Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and commitments independently and efficiently
+ Ability to demonstrate acute attention to detail
+ Instructional design experience
+ Knowledge and experience with Environmental Management Manual
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Adequate instructional skills to deliver instructor-led training to small and large audiences
+ Presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex requirements to large audiences who possess a wide variety of subject matter expertise
+ Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
+ Ability to follow through and complete projects as an individual contributor or collaborate as a team member with a compelling drive for results
+ Ability to prioritize and multi-task
