    + This job is a member of the AAdvantage Travel Rewards team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, delivering, and managing various program initiatives for AAdvantage Travel Rewards products.

    What you'll do

    + Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance Travel Rewards programs and products, ensuring AAdvantage® is the leading travel rewards program in the industry.

    + Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring all initiatives are executed within established timeframes.

    + Utilize data to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

    + Work closely with stakeholders to set reasonable timelines, facilitate design reviews, and obtain approvals on product design.

    + Lead and support regression and user acceptance testing to ensure product functionality meets business requirements and quality standards.

    + Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools such as Quantum Metrics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, among others, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

    + Use data, research, and analysis to uncover ways to drive customer behavior and improve profitability/customer experience.

    + Define, collaborate, and use thought-leadership to solve complex problems in existing products and drive future technologies that ensure long term product-market fit.

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training

    + 3 years' experience in product management, strategy/development experience, or data analysis

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Advanced Degree

    + Airline/travel experience

    + Knowledge of airline ticketing policies/procedures, tariffs/taxes

    + Familiarization with Customer Program data

    + 3 years related experience in product management and/or strategy/development experience, data analysis

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Knowledge of Tableau

    + Ability to manipulate and report on large data sets

    + High level of initiative, collaboration, and creative problem solving

    + Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

    + Demonstrated leadership and strong experience in internal & external collaboration, including with senior leadership

    + Ability to be flexible in rapidly changing conditions and priorities
