Training Associate
Full Time 8hr shift Days
Acute Clinical Education
POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as system expert, coordinating and performing Learning Management System and organization based activities providing superior customer service. Processes information and data management including creating courses, generating rosters, assigning courses, producing customized reports and tracking attendance and enrollments for hospice and other required educational programs. Coordinates and markets programs. Generates and prints standard reports as necessary and upon request. Provides department support including telephone support/coverage and other projects as assigned. Assists learners in utilizing learning management system and basic computer skills. Continuously develops computer skills and maintains competency in ability to manage multiple computer programs and priorities.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: AAS in Secretarial Science or equivalent education/experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of prior secretarial experience of which 2 years are at a department/division level and
include database management.
Typing (minimum 50 wpm).
Computer skills: (Microsoft Word/Excel/E-mail, Lectora, Access).
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills including telephone etiquette.
**Pay Range:** $18.50-24.18hr
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
