**MercyOne Medical Group** is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join its Rural Health Clinic in Mount Ayr, IA, a community known for its close-knit atmosphere and peaceful rural setting. The town offers excellent schools, access to outdoor activities like parks and lakes, and is just 1-2 hours from Des Moines, Kansas City, and Omaha, providing the perfect blend of rural charm and access to metropolitan amenities. Physicians will have the opportunity to practice a wide variety of medicine while building strong relationships with patients in a supportive community. With a slower pace of life and growing healthcare demand, Mount Ayr is an ideal location for both personal and professional fulfillment.

Opportunity Highlights

+ Join a team of 1 Physician and 4 APP’s

+ Critical Access Hospital

+ Volume: 15-18 patients/day

+ Comp – $300k bonus package, annual guaranteed base salary $301k /yr & incentives

+ Schedule: 4-day work week; M-F (4x10 hour shifts)

+ Outpatient clinic and nursing home rounding - call
