About KidsPeace: KidsPeace is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities. At our Graham Lake Residential Program, we provide a supportive and structured environment where emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth can thrive and grow.

What You'll Do: As a Residential Childcare Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of the children and teens we support by:

+ Providing consistent supervision and support in a safe, therapeutic environment

+ Building positive, trusting relationships with youth

+ Helping implement individualized treatment plans and daily routines

+ Promoting emotional development, healthy behaviors, and life skills

+ Documentation

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma required

+ Must possess a valid driver’s license

+ Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
