What You'll Be Doing
+ Leading and supporting field operations with a hands-on approach to ensure safe, efficient, and effective work practices.
+ Coordinating and planning maintenance activities to reduce downtime and extend equipment life; identifying mechanical issues and initiating timely repairs.
+ Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
+ Providing clear direction and leadership to field crews; mentoring team members and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize tasks, schedule resources, and manage work orders and purchase orders for parts and services.
What Are We Looking For
+ Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams in mining, construction, heavy equipment, or similar environments.
+ Mechanically inclined with a solid understanding of equipment operation, maintenance needs, and troubleshooting techniques.
+ Proven ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead by example and translate goals into actionable tasks.
+ Deep commitment to safety and quality standards.
