    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

    + Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery.

    + Record and report operational data accurately and timely.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents.

    + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn plant operations.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Willingness to work in a physically demanding and dynamic environment.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Must meet all company safety and compliance requirements.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.

    + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.

    + Capable of working in confined spaces and at heights.

    + Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for operating tools and equipment.

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and hearing protection is required.
