    Primary Responsibilities

    •    Collaborate with Women’s Philanthropy Director, Women’s Philanthropy staff team and volunteer leadership, as well as community partners and agencies, to develop and implement innovative, exceptional programs focusing on outreach & engagement and community connections.

    •    Manage a portfolio of targeted engagement groups, collaborating with program chairs to develop and execute creative, highly engaging, and distinctive opportunities on a variety of scales from intimate to large.

    •    Oversee and execute high-quality engagement and fundraising events, volunteer opportunities, and educational experiences that inspire women and align with strategic goals

    •    Cultivate effective relationships with board members, volunteers, donors and colleagues

    •    Build and maintain relationships with women donors at various giving levels and solicit gits through telethons, events and/or face-to-face meetings

    •    Support donor engagement through personalized outreach, events, and stewardship strategies.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    •    Bachelor’s degree required

    •    1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in nonprofit, community engagement, fundraising, or related fields.

    •    Experience working with and supporting lay leaders, volunteers, or committees a plus.

    •    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    •    Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with a keen attention to detail.

    •    Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.

    •    Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

    •    Interest in fundraising and donor engagement; prior experience preferred but not required.

    •    Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends; travel may be required (e.g., conferences).

    •    Familiarity with the Jewish community, culture, values strongly preferred.
