Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to support enterprise-level initiatives with a focus on healthcare payer systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in legacy systems, modern cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to help design and guide scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture aligned with strategic goals.

Design and document end-to-end solutions that integrate legacy systems with modern platforms.

Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate and recommend AI and cloud-based tools to enhance business capabilities.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 7 years in IT architecture or solution design roles.

Demonstrated experience in the healthcare payer industry, including familiarity with claims processing, eligibility, and provider systems.

Strong mainframe experience, including integration with modern platforms.

Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience with ETL Tools such as Ab Initio

Experience with Appian Vendor platform asters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)

Experience with hybrid cloud environments

Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards

Experience with Low Code/No Code and Rules Framework tools null
