    Job Description

    Developer works autonomously, aligns feature delivery with product vision, and builds sustainable solutions.

     

    Code quality is high, with minimal rework and adherence to internal documentation and API standards.

     

    The dev collaborates proactively across teams (product, data, design, compliance) and understands the why behind requested work.

     

    Proactively addresses tech debt and identifies risks to scaling the platform.

     

    Lead the development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

     

    Partner closely with product owners, analysts, and QA to implement roadmap items efficiently and with high quality.

     

    Participate in architectural decisions, including reusable components and technical scalability.

     

    Pay rate may vary based on skillset: $40-$50/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    4+ years of experience in a similar role

     

    Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM SDK, plugins, Power Automate, and JavaScript customizations.

     

    Experience with SQL, Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.

     

    Familiarity with Power Platform, RESTful APIs, and Dynamics integrations with external systems.

     

    Strong grasp of data security best practices, especially when working with member or employee data. null
