Job Description

Insight Global is currently partnering with an Insurance Technology company who is looking for a Product Owner to join their Healthcare Implementation team to sit hybrid (2x/week onsite) in Denver, CO, NY, or Boca Raton, FL. We are searching for a Product Owner who brings significant experience and a proven track record in the Commercial Healthcare Insurance industry in client facing and focused role. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation and proven track record in Commercial Healthcare Insurance including claims processing, products, and benefits management.

The Product Owner may cover multiple projects and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines; meet client deliverables. They define and prioritize product features, backlog items, and enhancements aligned with market demands, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Identifies, engages, and manages stakeholders; gathers feedback to align requirements; maintains clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality product delivery. This position pays a salary range of $140K-175K

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience working within the Commercial Healthcare Insurance industry, including claims processing, products, and benefits management

5+ years of experience acting as a Product Owner

Strong experience with APIs and Data Integrations and understanding of KSPM structure and different data formats

Experience in an internal/external client facing role for implementation of Healthcare plans/products and understanding the various coverage plans

Strong Analytical background

Advanced Excel Skills

Agile experience null
