Job Description
Schedule: Onsite M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Insight Global is hiring an Archive Operations Specialist to support the historical archives department of our leading Retail clients in Beaverton, OR. We are looking for self-starters with an interest in operations, the history of sport, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Artifact Maintenance and Processing
Practice proper procedures to ensure artifacts are conditioned, stored, moved, and packed for
Enter artifact information and details into the museum management and RFID systems.
Store items into the permanent collection.
Archive Operations Support:
Physical movement of shipments, receipts, and archive items
Resetting storage space to support vault transitions.
Manage supplies necessary for archival operations.
Support the training of peers or volunteers.
Project Support and Process Improvement:
Define new and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Suggest and implement operations and project process improvements.
Lead 1 or more operations priorities.
Provide a weekly report of accomplishments and next steps.

Skills and Requirements
1-4 year(s) in a professional corporate or operations environment. Internship experience accepted.
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in an agile environment.
Solutions oriented with a team first mindset.
Ability to handle physical tasks related to moving and storing objects up to 50 lbs.
Excellent communication with the ability to explain and demonstrate processes to peers and/or volunteers.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of archival integrity. null
