    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Technology Delivery Lead for one of our top banking clients in the Des Moines area. This Lead will be serving the organization as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master and a Quality Analyst for testing. They will need to comfortable wearing multiple hats and leading daily stand ups. We need someone who is passionate about Data and CRM tools. We are looking for a team player that can help build relationships amongst the team. We are looking for someone who wants to grow their career with the company. The annual compensation for this role is between $65,000-$100,000/yr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master in the past and knows how to run Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.

     

    Good communicator and can confidently hold conversations with the business.

     

    Passionate about Data related projects

     

    Strong documentation skills Experience with writing SQL queries or an interest to pick up in the future.

    CRM ( Microsoft Dynamics 365)

    o Power BI exposure

    o Audit experience null
