    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team based in Pune, India. This person will be leading major technology architecture improvements and the launch of new functionalities in our existing enterprise software landscape. Candidate will also be coordinating cross-functional initiatives, drive accountability among peers, and ensure delivery against tight deadlines. While this is an individual contributor role, it is highly visible and influential across departments and systems. Other day to day tasks will include but not be limited to collaborating with IT senior leadership to define, plan, and deliver technology projects that align with business goals. Lead end-to-end execution of system and architecture modernization efforts involving NetSuite and other enterprise platforms. As well as drive stakeholder accountability across internal teams and external vendors, maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and status updates using Jira, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and escalate when necessary to ensure continuous progress, ensure integration of technologies across NetSuite, SQL Databases, Boomi, NSPB, ToolsGroup, DocuPeak, PrintNode, EDI, and proprietary platforms, and partner with stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes that support enterprise scalability and digital maturity. The ideal candidate has previously been a part of large enterprise level projects, is comfortable working in a high sense of urgency environments, and has strong documentation experience. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication. Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers a pay range of $30-$35K.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of technical project management experience in enterprise environments

     

    Hands-on experience leading ERP-related projects, preferably with NetSuite

     

    Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and back-end technologies such as SQL and Boomi

     

    Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional accountability

     

    Skilled in identifying issues, facilitating resolution, and keeping high-stakes projects on schedule

     

    Deep familiarity with project management via Jira

     

    Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments Exposure to DocuPeak, PrintNode, ToolsGroup, or NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)

     

    Background in ERP implementation, technical consulting, or engineering

     

    Experience working with proprietary systems

     

    PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification

    Previous experience in digital transformation or business systems optimization projects null
