    Our client is an international commercial cleaning services company specializing in disinfecting services, janitorial services, commercial floor cleaning, post-construction cleanup, green cleaning, and specialty services. We are dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning solutions to our commercial clients, excluding retail and restaurants.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This role is primarily focused on acquiring new accounts (90%) and ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling to existing clients (10%). The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, with a strong drive to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    New Account Sales (90%): Actively seek out and acquire new commercial clients in the Decatur and Athens, Alabama area. This includes knocking on doors, visiting clients onsite, and following up on leads generated from email campaigns, telemarketers, and customer requests from our website.

     

    Customer Satisfaction and Upselling (10%): Ensure current customers are satisfied with our services and identify opportunities to upsell additional services.

     

    Field Work (90%): Spend the majority of your time in the field, visiting clients and potential clients. Some phone calling is required, but the focus is on face-to-face interactions.

     

    Lead Management: Manage a 50/50 mix of inbound and outbound leads.

    Skills and Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in high-pressure sales environments such as the roofing or solar industry.

     

    Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

     

    Attributes: Hunter mentality with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    Active Drivers License and Reliable Vehicle (Gas expenses will be reimbursed) Compensation:

    Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

     

    Commission: Quarterly commissions with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $100,000 - $120,000

    Benefits: Gas expenses reimbursed null
