Responsibilities:
+ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales & financial goals established by the company
+ Manage and grow an existing customer base through sales initiatives, while continuing to expand current customers
+ Drive sales of current products to MRO/OEM and end users by creating and implementing marketing/business strategies while utilizing current market trends
+ Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts
+ Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts while building foundations for new customer relationships
+ Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track sales calls, and activities performed
Qualifications:
+ Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of sales success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals
+ BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
+ Experience with Microsoft Office products
+ Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
