Our client, a dedicated provider in the Behavioral Health sector, is seeking a Front Desk/Receptionist to join their team. As a Front Desk/Receptionist, you will be part of the front office team supporting the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Seneca, SC
Pay Range:
**Shift:** 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What's the Job?
+ Execute front office duties in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner treating all patients with dignity and respect.
+ Check patients in and out respectively, schedule doctor appointments, make reminder calls, and update patient information as needed.
+ Receive phone consults, notify the team leader by email upon receipt, and file completed consults by the month in shared folders.
+ Serve as cashier and request payment for services rendered.
+ Provide back-up coverage for Medical Records, Patient Intake, and Data Entry Clerk areas as needed.
What's Needed?
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
+ Strong computer skills.
+ Ability to work independently while sitting at a desk for the majority of the 7.5-hour workday.
+ Ability to multi-task effectively.
