Our client in Leola PA is seeking help in their cabinet dept!

Job Description/Duties

+ **Cabinet Assembly** : Constructing and assembling cabinets from pre-cut materials using hand and power tools.

+ **Installation** : Installing cabinets and related fixtures in modular home units according to blueprints or layout specifications.

+ **Finishing Work** : Sanding, staining, or painting cabinets as needed.

+ **Quality Control** : Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet company standards.

+ **Material Handling** : Managing inventory of cabinet parts and materials, and ensuring proper storage and usage.

+ **Team Collaboration** : Working closely with other departments (e.g., flooring, electrical, drywall) to ensure seamless home construction.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in woodworking or cabinetry (preferred but not always required).

+ Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.

+ Familiarity with hand and power tools.

+ Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
