    Our client **, in Omaha NE,** is a leading manufacturer in the industrial equipment sector **, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.** As a **Maintenance Technician** , you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have **strong problem-solving skills** , **attention to detail** , and **a collaborative mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Maintenance Senior Technician

     

    Pay Range: Up to $32/hr DOE

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using advanced diagnostic tools

    + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment

    + Utilize SAP and CMMS systems to manage work orders and document maintenance activities

    + Support training of equipment operators in basic maintenance and inspection procedures

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using TPM and Lean methodologies

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma with 7+ years, Associate’s with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s with 2+ years of manufacturing experience

    + Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial wiring (480V)

    + Proficiency in reading blueprints and using diagnostic tools (amp meter, megger, etc.)

    + Familiarity with NFPA 70/70E, OSHA standards, and Arc Flash safety practices

    + Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and computerized maintenance systems
