    Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC

    **Pay Range:** $22 to $27 per hour on W-2

    **Duration:** 12 month contract

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Work with moderate direction to identify and resolve engineering issues related to manufacturing production.

    + Examine equipment, processes, and operations to determine necessary time or quality revisions and suggest improvements.

    + Design processes to manufacture textiles, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

    + Monitor operations standards and implement changes as needed to enhance productivity.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + A degree in textiles or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience in textiles will also be considered.

    + Experience in knitting processes and textile manufacturing in a professional or school setting

    + Strong analytical skills to assess and improve manufacturing methods.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and suggestions.
