Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team. As a Production Team Leader, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Team Leader

**Location:** Columbus, IN

**Pay Range:** $30.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

**Shift:** 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, plus overtime as needed)

What's the Job?

+ Monitor and address safety hazards, environmental concerns, and material waste in production processes.

+ Ensure all production personnel are properly trained to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

+ Supervise unit personnel in alignment with company mission and quality objectives.

+ Respond promptly to safety, quality, mechanical, and personnel concerns.

+ Lead by example in professionalism and adherence to company policies.

What's Needed?

+ **Four-year college or university program certificate with a manufacturing or business focus; and/or 3 to 5 years of related experience.**

+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.

+ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.

+ Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
