Our client, a leading aluminum manufacturing facility, is seeking a Fabrication Worker to join their team. As a Fabrication Worker, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Fabrication Worker

**Location:** Elkhart, IN

**Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour

**Shift:** Full-time

What's the Job?

+ Set up and operate fabrication equipment such as uncoilers, levelers, presses, dies, shears, and stackers.

+ Perform basic metal fabrication tasks according to production specifications.

+ Inspect materials for quality and defects; take corrective action as needed.

+ Perform daily safety checks and equipment inspections.

+ Track production metrics and follow daily schedules.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in sheet metal fabrication.

+ Comfortable using hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read manufacturing prints and use measuring instruments.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
