Our client in Seymour In is looking for a experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a position in a smaller warehouse setting.
Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Shift: 2nd shift
What’s the Job?
Leading operations in a smaller-scale warehouse environment. Must have experience overseeing a team of up to 17 employees and a solid track record of maintaining efficient, organized, and safety conscious workflow.
+ Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities and personnel
+ Ensure accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment
+ Utilize a Yard Management System to coordinate inbound/outbound logistics
+ support team development and enforce operational standards
What’s Needed?
+ Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
+ Proficiency with Yard Management System
+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
