Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

+ 4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

+ Experience with loan closing deals for asset-based lending with a law firm or large financial institution

+ Experience assessing insurance documents & letters of credit

+ MS office/ adobe products

What You Will Be Doing

+ Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.

+ Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

+ Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

+ Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.
