Job Title: Food Service Worker - Retail

Pay: $17.34 per Hour

What’s the Job?

- Under routine supervision, perform a variety of duties necessary for the daily maintenance, operation and supervision of employees in a retail operation.

- Provide skills and perform duties in the preparation and resale of various food, beverage and retails items.

- Ensure success through excellent customer service and maintenance of retail operation standards.

- Customer and Personal Service-Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

- Ability to assess customer orders, kitchen tickets, and expedite food from the kitchen to service team.

What’s Needed?

- 32 to 40 hours a week-shift days will vary between Sunday through Friday, possible temp to perm for the right person. Once hired on perm, benefits are offered.

- Shifts start times will vary between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm

**-Required** : Eighteen months experience in retail/convenience stores and/or retail restaurants, including using cash registers, food preparation, serving and customer service. Food Service Sanitation Certification (ServSafe) or the ability to obtain within six months from the start of employment.
