Our client, a leader in the beauty industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse management.

**Job Title:** Forklift Operator

**Location:** Greenwood, IN

**Pay Range:** $18.50 - $20.50 per hour

Shift:

Equipment operators

+ Mon - Thur 6am - 4pm - $18.50

+ Mon - Thur 4:30pm - 2:30am - $19.25

+ Fri - Sun 6am - 6pm - $19.50 - 1st orders

+ Fri - Sun 6pm - 6am - $20.50

What's the Job?

+ Operate forklifts to pull and stack products safely and efficiently.

+ Scan product and restack inventory.

+ Be comfortable being raised 42ft in the air operating cherry picker, reach truck, and order picker.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

+ Work mandatory overtime as required, Monday through Thursday and weekends.

What's Needed?

+ Recent 6 months to a year of forklift experience.

+ Excellent attendance - cannot miss work in the first 90 days.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

+ Prior experience in warehouse operations is a plus.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
