    Manpower Engineering is partnering with a highly respected manufacturing client in Virginia Beach to find an experienced Supply Chain/Production Planning Supervisor. This is a direct hire opportunity offering outstanding benefits, including a company-funded pension and relocation assistance.

     

    •** **What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Lead and supervise production planners to support production and operations

    + Oversee a team, set performance goals, assign tasks, and foster a productive, motivated work environment

    + Provide administrative and project support related to material performance, supplier capabilities, and cost analysis

    + Ensure alignment with company guidelines and production timelines

    •** **What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

    + **5+ years of production planning experience**

    + Strong background with **MRP/ERP systems** — **SAP preferred**

    + APICS **CPIM or CSCP certification** is a plus

    + Proven ability to manage complex issues independently

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
