    Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting critical projects that enhance patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Engineer

    **Location:** Plymouth, MN (Hybrid - onsite 3 days a week)

    **Pay Range:** $33.00 - 35.00 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Create and maintain documentation for peritoneal dialysis disposable sets, including design specifications and labeling.

    + Modify and maintain design history files while adhering to design control procedures and safety regulations.

    + Conduct change control assessments and collaborate with project managers to meet project commitments.

    + Engage with external manufacturing partners and manage supplier relations effectively.

    + Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plastics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.

    + 3 - 5 years of experience in Class II or Class III disposable medical product development. Single Use Disposable Experience highly preferred.

    + Experience with medical device design outputs and change control management.

    + Knowledge of ANSI/AAMI/ISO 14971 for risk management in medical devices.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
