Our client, is seeking a Shipping and receiving to join their team.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiveing

Pay Range:$18.00/h

Schedule :8am to 5pm MOnday to Friday

What’s the Job?

+ The Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of shipping and receiving products and inventory

+ This position is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently

+ Ensures accurate documentation is used throughout the shipping and receiving process, including bills of laden, packing slips, shipping manifests, and photos

+ Supervises the accurate completion of shipping, packing, crating, and documentation as per customer specifications

+ Pulls stock items for sales orders and stages orders for will call, ensuring local delivery and commercial carrier pick up

+ Identifies and counts inbound purchase orders

+ Unloads and loads trucks upon delivery and receiving

+ Assists in load testing as needed

+ Pulls orders for delivery and assists in inventory control, counts, reorganizations, etc

+ Operates a forklift as required

+ Works with ERP system regarding inventory and order management

+ Palletizes and prepares products for shipment

+ Makes deliveries to customers when needed, as well as pickups

+ Performs other functions as required

What’s Needed?

+ High attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work independently or with a team and meet deadlines as needed

+ Strong computer competency

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

+ High priority for organization skills

+ Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
