Phone Sales & Tech Support – Industrial Equipment | 1st Shift
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
**Job Type:** Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
**Pay:** Based on experience
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a **detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual** with mechanical knowledge and strong customer service skills to join our team. This role combines **phone-based sales and technical support** , helping customers identify parts, troubleshoot issues, process orders, and manage office inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide phone-based customer service and technical support
+ Use a multimeter and read electrical schematics/blueprints
+ Identify and recommend parts based on customer needs
+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
+ Process orders and maintain accurate records in the M1 system
+ Manage office inventory and restocking
Required Qualifications:
+ Ability to read and interpret multimeters and electrical schematics
+ Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
+ Proficiency with computers, data entry, and email communication
+ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Traits:
+ Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
+ Experience with inventory control and restocking
