Manpower is hiring **motivated Production Associates** to work in a **cold food manufacturing environment** . In this role, you’ll be packaging refrigerated lunch trays, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting various tasks across the facility. Work is performed in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with a controlled temperature of about **30°F** (like a walk-in cooler).

•** **Available Shifts

• **1st Shift:** 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

•** **Key Responsibilities

• Work on a production line assembling **pre-portioned lunch trays** containing items like deli meats, cheese, crackers, or fruit

• Each room focuses on a specific food item – you’ll be assigned to one and trained on how to portion and pack that ingredient

• Weigh and scale ingredients to ensure correct portions

• Carefully place food into trays following quality and safety standards

• Pack completed trays into boxes for shipment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations

•** **Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight regularly

• Comfortable working in a **cold environment** (~30°F)

• Willing to adapt to different conditions (temperature, noise, air particles)
