Our client is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Education department supporting the production of essential educational kits used in schools. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive “can do” approach which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Location:** Hanover, PA

**Pay Range:** $14/hr

**Shift:** 6am – 2:30pm, Mon – Fri

What's the Job?

+ Accurately select, mix, stage, and package various components in support of the production/manufacturing process.

+ Perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying.

+ Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality while executing daily production goals.

+ Participate in analyzing and supporting root causes of production issues and help develop corrective actions.

+ Attend job training related to production for professional growth.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED.

+ Ability to perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling and kit assembling.

+ Must maintain a positive attendance record and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

+ Flexibility to work overtime as required.
