Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Sr. Java Developer to join their team. As a Sr. Java Developer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for coding excellence which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr. Java Developer
**Location:** Seattle, WA
What's the Job?
+ Demonstrate and develop core components of the product and build design patterns for other developers to easily implement and adopt.
+ Bring strong engineering practices to the team and drive for coding excellence.
+ Design, develop, and be accountable for feature delivery while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
+ Act as a liaison for production activities/issues and investigate best practices and process improvements.
+ Guide team members in planning estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java development experience.
+ Strong experience with Singlestore/MemSQL.
+ Proficient in developing and consuming REST APIs using SpringBoot.
+ Experience building Single Page Applications at scale using Angular or React.
+ Expert-level knowledge of JDBC, backend SQL, and JPA frameworks.
