Our client, a global leader in software, services, and devices that empower individuals and organizations to achieve more, is seeking a **Finance Program Manager** to join their team. As a **Finance Program Manager** , you will be part of the Windows Consumer Category Management team supporting Program and Investment Management. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Finance Program Manager

Pay Range: $40–$45/hr

Terms: 40 hours/week

What’s the Job?

• Support planning, execution, and performance reporting of investments for Windows Consumer products

• Manage rhythm of business activities including KPI reviews, financial reviews, and leadership meetings

• Prepare and communicate financial status reports, streamline processes using Power BI

• Drive operational excellence and support executive decision-making through data-driven insights

• Lead strategic initiatives, change management projects, and employee engagement efforts

What’s Needed?

• 8–10 years of experience in finance and program management

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Planner, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with MSFT internal financial tools: Mercury and Informa

• PMI or PMP certification and prior Microsoft finance experience
